• Entrance Fee:   $ 1.00

• Late Fee on Loan Payments:

·        There will be a Late Fee on all loan payments not made ten days from the due date.  If the payment is made after the tenth day, there will be an additional late fee of 6.00 % of the Loan Payment not to exceed $ 25.00 and with a minimum of $ 5.00.

• All returned checks to the Credit Union will be assessed a fee of $ 30.00 per occurrence.

• Loans secured with a vehicle:

·        A title, with lien attached, must be provided to the Credit Union within thirty  days of the date of the loan. Failure to do so will result in a $35.00 fee.  If the title is still not provided by sixty  days, an additional $ 35.00 fee will be applied and the loan called due and payable in full.

• ACH transactions:

·        There may be a time when you request money be taken from your account at another financial Institution. If you do not have sufficient Funds, and the item is Returned/Rejected a fee of $ 30.00 will be charged for each item returned/rejected

·        There may be a time when you request money be taken from your account at the Credit Union. If you do not have sufficient Funds, the item will be Returned/Rejected and a fee of $ 30.00 will be charged for each item returned

• Copies requested from the Credit Union will be made at a fee of $ 1.00 per page.

• Statement Copy Fee will be $ 5.00 for the first page and $ 1.00 for each additional Page for the previous two statement periods.  Anything further back will be charged the account research fee.

• Account Activity Printout fee will be $ 5.00 for the first page and $ 1.00 for each additional page for the previous sixty days.  Anything that is older will be charged the account research fee.

• Account Reconciliation Fee will be $ 20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour charged.

• Account Research Fee will be $ 20.00 per hour with a minimum of one hour charged.

• Items requiring recording or legal processing shall be charged the fee incurred by the Credit Union to make the recording.
